The MDSA Program incorporates a "Medical & Dental Spending Account", enabling employers and individuals to pre-determine and essentially "freeze" their health and dental costs and avoid significant annual cost increases due to "inflationary trend factors" imposed by insurers in the annual renewal. Best of all, with an MDSA Program you'll have more flexibility and personal choice (in terms of what expenses can be claimed and who can be covered) and much broader basic health & dental coverage.

Medical & Dental Spending Accounts allow employers to pre-determine and fix their annual benefit contribution costs, while providing employees greater flexibility of personal choice regarding their benefit coverage, and much broader basic health and dental coverage. A fixed monthly employer contribution is provided to every employee regardless of marital or dependency status, and they can apply this amount to their desired benefit options. This fixes the employer cost, while providing internal equity to all staff. Quick and easy enrolment:
With a Menuflex™ Individual Program , you can design your benefit coverage to meet your personal needs. No medical examinations are required. Coverage is subject to approval of a Personal Health Declaration included in the Application Form, available from the Downloads page. The premium rates are outlined in the Application Form, and are collected via monthly bank debits.

Designed for the individual requiring benefits protection, including, but not limited to casual / contract / part-time employees, this Program is offered on a fully employee-paid basis without any minimum participation required from an employer group. 3. Menuflex™ Low Cost Health & Dental Benefits

In order to reduce the premium cost, this new low-cost version of the Program incorporates a $250 deductible per individual, or all family members combined, per policy year. The Extended Health Care (EHC) Benefit then pays 100% of all eligible expenses up to a maximum of $25,000 per person per policy year. The Dental Benefit (which can only be purchased with the EHC) pays 80% of eligible Basic Dental expenses up to a maximum of $1,500 per policy year. Periodontic services are reimbursed at 50%).
