Whichever Menuflex™ Program you need, it's easy to choose your benefits, determine your cost, and apply for coverage!

As with any type of insurance coverage, your premium rates are determined by a number of factors, including Age, Gender, Province and the custom mix of benefit options you have selected. Premium rates for all Provinces are included in the Application Forms.
