    Below you will find a brief explanation on how to set up your log in and password through a secure Internet link and that allows all plan members the ability to look up claims history and claims payment information on-line 24 hours per day – 7 days per week.

Website Access Instructions

As a plan member, Alternative Benefit Solutions provides you with access to our claims processing website to look-up the status of your claims anytime you wish. In order to access our secure, online administration and information website please follow the following instructions:

Please note that FIRST TIME USERS must complete all steps in order to activate their account and subsequently logon to the website.

FIRST TIME USERS - MEMBER LOGIN will take you to the SIGN IN / ACTIVATION screen

  1. For first time users, you will need to activate your account by entering your USER NAME and TEMPORARY PASSWORD in the ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT section on the right of the screen. You cannot use the Sign In section, until you have activated your account.
     
    • Your USER NAME and TEMPORARY PASSWORD is automatically generated by our system in the the following manner:
       
    • USERNAME: Includes the first initial of your first name followed by your last name with no spaces to a MAXIMUM OF EIGHT characters. (Example: Sam Davidson would be generated as sdavidso - the "n" is left out as the maximum number of characters is eight)
       
    • PASSWORD: Your TEMPORARY password is your certificate / client I.D. number
       
  2. In the event that you forget your password, you will be able to select a "challenge question". (Example: What is your mother's maiden name?) After successfully answering the challenge question, you will be sent a new temporary password to your e-mail address which you can reset upon entering NexgenRx's website.

    FIRST TIME USERS - This Section is for ACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT
     
  3. After clicking on the ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT button, the system will take you to the Account Activation Screen.
     
  4. Click NEXT
     
  5. Click the checkbox to accept the terms and click NEXT.
     
  6. This will take you to the VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY screen.
     
  7. Fill in all of the fields on this screen and click NEXT.
     
  8. Complete all fields, including USER NAME, PASSWORD, email address and personal information.
     
  9. The system will take you to the ACCOUNT SETUP screen
     
  10. Complete all fields, select a NEW password of your choosing (at least 8 characters in length), complete the challenge question and answer section and click NEXT.
     
  11. The system will now confirm that your account has been activated.
     
  12. Click FINISH. This will take you back to the main login screen.
     
  13. You may now login using your username and the NEW password that you have selected.

* Please note that FIRST TIME USERS must complete all steps in order to activate their account and subsequently logon to the NexgenRx website.
