 |  | | Alternative Benefit Solutions Inc., located in Toronto, Ontario, is responsible for the day to day administration of the Menuflex Benefits Program.
A Client Service Co-ordinator will respond to all participant inquiries regarding coverage, claim status and benefit options. ABS will issue the participant pay-direct drug cards and
booklets describing the benefits selected. Most drug claims are handled through the pay-direct card at the pharmacy. Other medical and dental claims are submitted directly to ABS's claims office, thus ensuring the confidentiality of health information. Claim payments are sent to the address on the claim form. |
