Alternative Benefit Solutions Inc., located in Mississauga, Ontario, is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Menuflex Benefits Program.
The company maintains a staff of experts in group insurance, who are dedicated to exceeding our clients' expectations through the highest level of service. A Client Service Co-ordinator will respond to all participant inquiries regarding coverage, claim status and benefit options. ABS will issue the participant pay-direct drug cards and booklets describing the benefits selected. Drug claims are handled through the pay-direct card at the pharmacy. Other medical and dental claims are submitted directly to ABS's claims office, thus ensuring the confidentiality of health information. Claim payments are sent to the address on the claim form.
In addition to its expertise and support for the traditional insured plan markets, as a Group MGA ALTERNATIVE BENEFIT SOLUTIONS offers a full menu of alternatives and optional programs supported by our in-house TPA (Third Party Administrative Services) to provide a single source group resource facility.
This facility enables ABS to offer a unique
combination of products and services that assists producing brokers to help their clients develop ongoing innovative cost savings plans.
Our approach to providing alternative solutions is characterized by the flexibility of our individually underwritten Menuflex Program. We also
