To access Menuflex forms or documents in .pdf format, you require an Adobe Acrobat Reader®. The Reader is available free from the Adobe Systems
Incorporated® Web site, here.
If you have any difficulties downloading the Reader, the Adobe® Web site also offers a customer support service (Adobe® Support Web site) .
View and print
With your Adobe Acrobat
Reader®, you can view and print .pdf files just as you would any word-processing file. When the Reader is installed on your computer, simply click on the hyperlink that leads to the .pdf file.
Download
There are two ways to download a .pdf file onto your own computer.
When you're at a hyperlink to the .pdf file but haven't yet opened the file:
Microsoft Internet Explorer®:
Right-click on the hyperlinked .pdf file name and select "Save Target As". Then save the document in any directory and access the file with your Reader.
Netscape: Right-click on the hyperlink and select "Save Link As". Then save the document in the directory of your choice and access the file with your Reader.
When you've already opened the .pdf file:
Microsoft Internet Explorer®:
Select "File" and then "Save As" in your Web browser's toolbar. Then save the document in the directory of your choice and access the file with your Reader.
Netscape: Select "File" and then "Open page" in your Web browser's toolbar. In the menu box, select "Choose file" and save the document in the directory of your choice. Make sure the file specification says "All types." Access the file with your Reader.
